The older buyer page did not follow proper layout standards and the structure was not aligned for buyer-focused browsing. I redesigned the page using a clear grid system, consistent spacing, and organized content sections to help users scan and compare properties easily.

Understanding the Layout Issues
The old page felt uneven and lacked clear hierarchy. Visual elements were not aligned, and buyers had no clean way to scan through information. This made browsing slow and unclear.
I started by reviewing how property listing pages are structured in common real estate platforms. From there, I defined a layout approach that highlights listing details, pricing, and key actions clearly. The goal was to make information easy to read and reduce the visual noise. By organizing content blocks and applying consistent spacing, the page became easier to understand at a glance.

Before redesign, the page lacked structure and looked improvised. After redesign, the sections are clear, balanced, and follow standard patterns that users are already familiar with. This made the page more focused on the buyer’s task and improved the overall browsing experience.
