YAJAN is an event management app for AWGP’s Ashwamedh Yajna. It helps people register for the event, manage their families, volunteer, and get virtual ID cards. I redesigned key flows to make them simple and stress-free.

User-Friendly Sign-up and Registration Process
The app needed to help thousands of users sign up and register themselves or others easily, even if they were not tech-savvy.
I started by analyzing how people were signing up and registering before. The original flow was detailed but confusing. I broke down each step and restructured it into simpler screens. Now users can sign up using their phone or email, set a PIN, and then register for themselves or others. If data already exists, it gets auto-filled. Important alerts and guidance are placed where needed. I also ensured users can edit or remove a registration or get a virtual card with just a few taps.

Admins needed a clean dashboard to manage users, roles, donations, and spot verifications without getting lost in technical layers.
I created a responsive design system that works across devices. Admins can now search, filter, and sort through data easily. Tasks like defining a user as a volunteer, assigning areas, and managing content are all grouped logically. Bulk messaging and spot verification were given prominent placement. I used charts and tables to show donation and registration data visually, so decisions could be made quickly. The whole interface now looks cleaner and guides the user step by step. Before this redesign, everything was packed into long forms. Now it feels structured, clear, and fast to use.
