Nish Hair is a D2C hair extensions brand with strong celebrity presence and real customer trust. However, the old website layout felt outdated and cluttered. Important details like brand story, reviews, and product guidance were not highlighted well. The redesign aimed to make browsing simple, build trust early, and help users choose the right hair product confidently.

Understanding User Needs and Issues
Most users visit the site to explore styles and understand which product fits their hair type. The previous layout did not guide them effectively. The homepage had weak hierarchy, unclear product sections, and trust elements placed too low.
I reviewed how users compare looks, check real transformations, and rely on social proof before buying. Based on this, I reorganized the homepage to introduce brand credibility early, place trending styles upfront, and show real results and testimonials in a visible and structured way. This helped connect users emotionally and practically with the brand.

Users can now understand the brand story, explore products, view real transformations, and trust the purchase process without confusion. The final website supports faster decision making, stronger brand presence, and a more relatable shopping journey for everyday customers and influencers alike.
