The design process started with understanding the tone of the brand and the kind of audience it serves. I mapped out layout structures in Figma to ensure readability, strong hierarchy, and responsiveness. Golden accents, modern fonts, and rich visuals were used to reflect the premium nature of the service. Through this process, I created a consistent visual system across 21+ emails. Before the redesign, there was no email identity. After implementation, the brand gained a polished, luxurious communication style that aligns with its high-end services. The transformation helped the brand build recognition and leave a stronger impression.
