Understanding the Brand & Audience
Veil Cosmetics needed emails that felt premium and soft — just like their product line. The goal was to increase sales and connect better with women aged 20–40.
I started by studying their brand tone, existing visuals, and typical user profiles. This helped me decide on the right balance of elegance and clarity in design. I kept the layouts clean, used soft colors, and followed a structure that made content easy to scan. Each design focused on one message — whether it was a discount, a new launch, or a welcome note. This helped ensure clarity and better engagement.

I created 63 email templates in total, each tailored for specific campaigns and goals.
Each design was made in Figma, following a flexible layout system. I used soft tones, clean fonts, and smart image placements based on Veil's premium identity. For every campaign idea like a new product or seasonal sale I built emails that made the message stand out while still feeling part of the brand. Compared to their old email designs, these new ones looked more modern, had better flow, and gave users a smoother experience. After my redesign, the brand had a stronger visual presence in inboxes, helping them communicate clearly and convert better.
