I designed 40 email templates for ExclusiveLane in Figma. These emails supported campaigns like festive sales, welcome flows, and abandoned carts. Each design matched the brand’s cultural aesthetic and user intent.

Understanding Campaign Goals and User Needs
The project focused on increasing engagement and driving users to explore handcrafted products through well-structured, goal-based email designs.
The campaigns included welcome emails, post-purchase follow-ups, festive promotions, and exit-intent messages. Each design was built around clear communication, keeping the layout minimal but visually aligned with ExclusiveLane’s earthy and traditional tone. The emails were not just visually appealing, but also designed with a focus on clarity, product focus, and strong CTAs that guide users. The structure helped cater to both first-time and returning users.

Visual hierarchy was key in guiding users’ attention from subject to action. By the end, the email flows were not only consistent but also performed better in user interaction. Compared to the earlier unstructured and generic layouts, the final designs created a better user experience by being both brand-aligned and action-driven.
