Vero MLR is a pharma review platform where marketing claims are checked against scientific references. It helps teams review AI-detected claims using text, charts, or images, and finalize them with human verification. This design supports end-to-end review from task creation to final approval.
Vero MLR is a pharma review platform where marketing claims are checked against scientific references. It helps teams review AI-detected claims using text, charts, or images, and finalize them with human verification. This design supports end-to-end review from task creation to final approval.
Review Workflow and Claim Verification
The core of this product is the review system. I designed a flow where users can upload promotional files, compare detected claims with reference files, and see highlighted matches clearly. Each claim can be reviewed, commented on, and updated by multiple reviewers in one screen.
I focused on keeping the layout clean despite the complexity. There are multiple document types (PDFs, charts, images) being compared side-by-side. I used color cues, toggles, and collapsible panels to reduce visual noise. Each claim thread supports tagging, status changes, and comment history to keep reviews organized.
