Cup-Ji is a bubble tea brand with a playful and colorful identity. I worked on designing campaign-based emails to help them update customers and promote offers, keeping the brand look consistent and engaging.

Understanding the Brand and Planning the Design
I first explored Cup-Ji’s website and visual style to understand the tone. The goal was to keep the emails fun, bright, and easy to read.
Cup-Ji's website gave clear direction on its personality. With bright colors, strong visuals, and playful typography, the brand targets a younger, trend-conscious audience. I noted the patterns, icons, and tone they use across their online presence. Based on this, I started creating email layouts in Figma that matched this look. I also looked at Pinterest for creative inspiration, especially for seasonal campaigns like Christmas. The key was to keep everything clean, responsive, and readable while still being colorful and fun.

I created multiple email templates for different campaigns such as weekly updates, festive sales, and new drink announcements.
The emails were designed to be flexible for different campaign types. For festive campaigns like Christmas, I used seasonal elements while keeping Cup-Ji’s core colors and style. Each email had a strong header, clean content sections, and clear call-to-action buttons. I used illustrations, product images, and playful fonts to make each email feel unique. Feedback loops were also considered, with layouts built for possible A/B testing if needed. I also made sure all emails were optimized for mobile. Compared to their earlier designs, the new emails looked more branded, better organized, and aligned with their website, making the full customer experience more connected.
